Tactile and experiential, 1205 Collection at West Half is a strikingly distinctive ‘building within a building’ offering a unique window into the Ballpark District in Washington DC. Envisioned by ODA Architects as a liveable work of art, its tectonic silhouette houses myriad multi-dimensional design moments and illustrious creative partnerships that serve to position it as the property’s premium offer. Overlooking the Nationals Stadium the property connects audiences with the energy of the ball game and excitement of the ground plain.
Partnering with JBG SMITH we developed an identity that eloquently communicates 1205 Collection’s design-forward ethos and commitment to poetically unexpected living to an audience of urbane professionals with an appreciation for unique spaces that effortlessly deliver more than anticipated.
