With an understanding that there was a void in the industry, Sage Realty established a platform to add value to their existing offer, providing turnkey workspaces that enable tenants a hassle-free setup that promotes ease and simplicity.

After establishing a clear brand strategy and naming, Equip was born. With a brand mission to ‘take care of business, while you take care of yours’, Sage handles their tenant’s move like nobody’s business allowing them to focus on moving up, versus moving in.

Alongside their brand promise to ‘make work work’ the identity is a Meccano-like response to the build-it-your-way philosophy. Adorned with a bold, yet corporate palette the brand is further complemented with a custom typeface, witty narrative and an all-round, people-focused presence.
