Formed in Melbourne in 2020, Two Pillars Property Group is an independent property fund manager and advisory house. They specialise in identifying and managing high quality real estate investments on behalf of wholesale investors. Their capabilities include property investment, managing acquisitions, and assisting with project feasibility & project management from start to finish.
The identity is grounded around the typographic ‘T’ in their logomark. Representing both the ‘Two’ in their name, the negative space either end of the leg of the ‘T’ make up the ‘pillars’ in the logomark. The pillars are the foundation of the business philosphy. The busines as one, and the client as the other. The positive space between the pillars rounds out the logomark with the simplification of a property, and a representation of an upward arrow — ultimately in the pursuit for a greater return through real estate investment.
